Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Attachment 1 provides a proposed amendment to the Oconee Nuclear Station (ONS) Facility Operating Licenses and Technical Specifications.

for operability of the PRVS System and is being submitted to resolve the issues associated with. Deviation 94-24-04.

9, and-15 will need to be revised for this proposed amendment. is a markup of the current Technical l

Specifications which identifies the added and deleted portions of text. and the revised Bases of the Technical Specifications provide the supporting technical justification.
