Amendment No. 30 License No. DPR-38 The Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has found that:

i ihe application for ameridment by Duke Power Conpany (the licensee) dsted August 6, 1976, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act) and the Comission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; The facility will operate in confonnity with the application.
