, On June 13, 1990, the Chief of the Vendor Inspection Branch requested l assistance from 01 regarding a shipment of possible counterfeit i electrical relays. Subsequent testing by the original manufacturer revealed extensive unauthorized mechanical alterations which affected l performance of the relays. On June 26, 1990, NRR requested 01 i investigate the suppliers of the altered relays. ECD 01/91.
