POSSIBLE COUNTERFEIT RELAYS SUPPLIED BY VENDOR This investigation has been closed by 01 and the report forwarded to NRR and Region II for appropriate action. In accordance with NRR Office Letter No. 1001, you are required to review this report and prepare a written respense to the Director, NRR.
Please keep this transmittal memorandum attached to the report. The 01 report and a copy of your memorandum to the Director should be returned to me when your review is completed. Your memorandum to the Director, NRR, is due April 19, 1991, and should be routed through the Associate Director for Inspection and Technical Assessment.
