the NRC by Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO), the licensee for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1. The NRC staff will discuss the regulatory program applicable to the PSDAR, and NNECO will discuss the contents of the PSDAR.

Each person who signs up, depending on the number and time available, wid be able to make comments during the public comment period. Persons wanting to comment who did not sign up may be heard if time is still available.

7:00 p.m. Opening remarks by Mr. Tony Sheridan, First Selectman, Town of Waterford. Mr. Sheridan wi): describe the purpose of the meeting, and brief attendees on the agenda.

4 7:10 p.m. The NRC will discuss the regulatory process for the decommissioning of a nuclear power plant, and the regulatory requirements for a Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (PSDAR).

i 7:30 p.m. The licensee will discuss the contents of the PSDAR for Millstone, Unit 1.

7:50 p.m. Public question and answer period followed by public comment period.

10:00 p.m. Closing remarks by Mr. Sheridan and adjournment. NRC staff will remain 1
