Millstone Unit 2 Electrical Modifications TAC No. MA4361 To: S. Dembek Regarding the Millstone Unit 2 plant electrical modifications (additions), please arrange for a conference call with the licensee to discuss the following items.

- 1. Flowpaths for the primary and backup methods for simultaneous hot and cold leg injection ( Refer to Figures 1 and 2 provided in the submittal. ).
- 2. Calculations performed that demonstrate increased loading of attemate power sources has no impact on the ability of these sources to suppy the required loads.
- 3. Design criteria used for the electrical modifications and verification that the design criteria used is consistent with and conforms to that provided in the UFSAR.
