Dear Sir With reference to the subject letter and attach:ent, the particulate air sampler filter, located at the RER de:ineraliser building entrance, has been sampled on a biveekly schedule since 1 Febrea:y 1971. Tnis change in schedule took place through a misinterpretation of instructions. Although only one air sampler is required for compliance with the Technical Specifi-cation for License No.1-86, a total of five continuous particulate air samples have been caintained in operation. Filter samples from four are to be taken on a biweekly basis, with the one under discussion sampled weekly.

This schedule was reestablished on 19 May 1971 and will to =aintained until such time that the technical specifications relieve the require:ent.
