PRESSURE SENEDES 1.1 Record any identification numbers.
1,2 Per sensor, 1.2.1 Connect output of regulator to orifice. Outlet of orlflee to be connected to_ sensor supply port. Pressure gauge should be connected between the orifice and sensor.
1.2.2 Connect second regulator to sensing port. Prossure gaugo shou!d be connected between the regulator and sensor.
1.2.3 Adjust the sencing port regulator to 70 PSI.
1.2.4 Adjust the supply port regulator to 60 PSI.
1.2.5 Verify that the sensor is not leaking at the sensor vent port.
If sensor is leaking,2.B.3. perform stops 1.2.7.1 thru 1.2.7.3. If not, 1.2.6 steps 1.2.8.1 thru 1.

1.2.7.2 Dltauemble sensor to determine malfunction.
Care should be taken to not change the setpoint if possible. All findings will be documented.
1.2.7.3 Meks repatr6,if possible, and resuemble sensor, 1.2,7.4 Roconnect regu!stor and tubing to sensor, if sensor continues to leak, stop sensor test, if not, continue test, 1.2.8 Ben 60r Setpoint Check:
1.2.8.1 Lower sensing port regulator until supply port gauge is less than 20 PSI. Record sensing port pressure and repeat two more times, 1.2,8.2 Perform Enterprise pressure setting procedurs PD7 000 to determine if sensor is operational over its adjusiment range.
1.2.8.3 Resojust setpoint to designated trip setting and trip 6en60r three ilmsB.

SHUTDOWN LOGIC BOARD 2.1 Connect 1A 7055 shutdown logic board to logic board tester.
2.2 Periorm test procecure for Drawing 61560 7055.
2.2.1 If arocedure cannot be completed, determine cause of ma function on board.
2.2.2 If the logic board does not fail the test procedura, simulate site conditions, if possible, to cause board to fall.
2.2.3 If simulation is not possib!e,- remove logic elements which could cause the board not to produce a Shutdown signal and record findings, e-m q
