2.0 PPECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS 2.1 All steps in this procedure ara to be performed in sequence as noted.

2.5.1 Any personnel error, procedure inadequacy, or malfunction is identified which could prevent fulffilment of " Acceptance criteria".
Il 2.6 Minimize entry of foreign materials or dirt into sorking parts of circuit board.
(j 2.7 Circuit board may be located in a radiation area, eervice a contaminated process fluid, or be contaminated.
If so, follow instructions on " Radiation Work Permit".
