A.C. SOURCE VERIFICATION

[}EAOi: Nb OES,ROY 1.D PURPOSE 1.1 The purpose of this procedure is to demonstrate the-operability of the offsite transmission network-to the onsite Class IE Distribution System by verifying correct breaker alignment and indicated power availability.

1.2 This surveillance satisfies Technical Saecifications 4.8.1.1.la and the part of 4.8.1.2 whic:1 requires 4.8.1.1.la to be performed.

1.3 The frequency of this surveillance is at least once-every 7 days.

2.0 APPLICABILITY This-surveillance is required for all Modes.

- 3. 0 PRECAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS 3.1

~ Do not cperate any Circuit Breaker or Disconnect Switch without-permission from the Unit-Shift Supervisor (USS)..

-3.2 Due to a phase-crossover on the low side of-the-500KV Anco Transformers the 500KV swit.chyard shall~ only be-used-to supply one offsite power source.

5.3 If in Modes 1, 2. 3 or 4, from Figures 1, 2 and 3, VERIFY there are at least two offsite-independent power sources feeding through-the 230kV switchyard via-separate breakers through RATS INXRA and 1NXRB to busses IAA02 and 1BA03.
