The subject inspection report is forwarded for action. Report Detail

Paragraph 3 identifies discrepancies between the facility license con-

ditions and the Regulatory Staff Policy on Shift Manning for Nuclear

Power Plants (RO:05:181 dated 10/16/73). The facility is being con-

sidered for issuance of a full terra license.

Expedited action to ident-

ify to the licensee the actual shif t manning requirements to be placed

upon his facility is requested.
