Docket N 50-219 Your letter of August 7, 1975 requested thrt we determine if containment leakage testing is being conducted in'fuli compliance with Appendi'x J of 10 CFR Part 50 at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.

A detailed comparison in response to this request is being prepared, but it is not yet complete. We expect it will be completed by mid-November, 1975, and wt, therefore, request that this additional time be permitted for a thorough examination and comparison.

Please note that some information on.

containment leakage testing at the Oyster Creek Station was provided to you in response to Question 8 of adendum 1 to Supplement 6 to Amendment 68 to the Oyster Creek Facility Description and Safety Analysis Report (Addendum 1 is dated November 21, 1973).
