& Light company, as holder of Operating License DPR-16, hereby notifies you of their intent to transfer spent nuclear fuel from the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 1 beginning January 17, 1975.

Arrangements are being made with Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., for move-ment of fuel to their West Valley, New York, facility under Atomic Energy Commission License No. SNM-984, Amendment 71-14, utilizing their Model No. NFS-4 casks with package identification No. USA /6698/B( )FL.
