Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on January 14,15, 17 and 20, 1975, it appears that one activity was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your license and Coennission requirements as P

indicated below:

the arane five ton book, cab ladder and railing and a crane warning Wed device to signal movement were in the process of being corrected, 'the corrections had not been made at the time of the inspection and no change had been requested or authorized to the listed commitment.

This infraction was identified by the inspector and had the potential for cauaing or contributing to an occurrence with safety significance.

We note that a crane warning device was installed and observed to be We functional prior to commencing spent fuel shipping operations.
