s OYSTER CREEK QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION MARCH 10-14, 1975 The inspection team involved in the QA inspection has carefully l
considered enforcement action and options in light of the fact that Jersey Central does not have a fully implemented QA d
program for operations.
We are of the view that our inspection findings when consolidated, with appropriate action point totals, will warrant a strong 1
enforcement letter from this office. In addition, the re-inspection of this facility is proposed in Noyes6er 1975.

In light of the findings, I feel that a management meeting should be held with this licensee subsequent to issuance of our report.
It is recommended that the flavor and tone of this meeting be similar to our management meeting conducted in November 1973, with Messrs. Kuhns and Bartnoff.
