Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 IE Inspection 75-23 This responds to the deficiency noted during Mr. E. G. Greenman's inspection on September 30, 1975 of the proceedings of the General Office Review Board (GORB). The deficiency identified was the failure to send minutes of GORB meetings No. 50-54 to the company president.
The reason for the failure to transmit minutes of GORB meetings

to the president was due to an administrative oversight compounded by changes in the distribution of GORB documents. This fault was found and corrected during October 1974 with no recurrence. The minutes of meetings 50-54 have been transmitted to the president.
l During the period of time covered by the above minutes, it should be noted that several letters were sent to the president from the GORB chairman regarding GORB recommendations on specific items; therefore, the chairman was informed of the GORB's activities.
