Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This letter is in reply to your letter of February 27,1975 to Mr. Ivan R. Finfrock regarding the inspection conducted by Mr. Greenman on January 29 to January 31, 1975.
In response to the item of non-compliance listed in Enclosure 1 involving the failure of the Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC) to conduct quarterly reviews of the status and applicability of all standing orders, we wish to advise you of the following:
A formal schedule has been established for those items requiring periodic review by the PORC.
In addition, the completion of these reviews will be signed off by the PORC Secretary on a special review record sheet.
These measures should ensure that required periodic PORC reviews are conducted at the specified frequencies.
