I called D. Ross, Manager Nuclear Generating Stations at 11:40 A.M.

l April-4, 1975, to advise JCP&L that:

1) The NRC position with respect to an SRO on the 119 level with no concurrent duties was firm.

2) There may be paper work issued on April

with Paul Collins or Campbell in Operator Licensing. Mr. Roes re-plied in the negative but added that in light of my conversation, he would do so.

hQ Mr. Ross stated that the issue was understood and that there would be en SRO on the floor with no concurrent duties during refueling.

I replied that E. J. Brunner would probably call Mr. Finfreak in this regard later in the day.
