Greemaan of this office on June 17-19, 1975 at Oyster Creek, Forked River, New Jersey of activities authorised by NRC License No. DPR-16 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. E. Greenosa with Mr. Ross and Mr. Cdero?1 of your staff at the comelusion of the inspection, and to a subsequent i telephone discussion between Mr. Greeeman and Mr. Carroll on July 14, 1975. Areas enemined during this inspection are described in the Offit.r. of i Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
==ardantions of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector. p our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to estreet the items of noncompliance brought to your attention in a letter dated February 27, 1975. We have no further questions regarding your action at this time. Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that certain of l your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as set forth in the Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith as Appendix A. These items of nonoompliance have been I categorised into the levels as described ir. our correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974. This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
