U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555
Dear Mr. Goller:
SUBJECT:
OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION DOCKET NUMBER 50-219 CYCLE 6 RELOAD INFORMATION Attached is the information for the' Oyster Creek facility which was requested in Enclosure 2 to your letter of June 18, 1975. We recognize the importance of adequate planning and scheduling of licensing action and_ assure you that we will cooperate with the Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission to the extent possible in achieving your obj ective of complete, prompt reviews of the necessary submittals.
As you can see from the attachment, we plan to submit very early that information which may be required to support our next refueling
-at Oyster Creek.
By early submittal, we hope to arrive at a schedule which would permit the resolution of all licensing concerns prior to our scheduled shutdown on April 10, 1976.
This would enable many of our personnel who must participate in the licensing process to concentrate on their other responsibilities in the conduct and support of outage activities.
The information provided in the attachment addresses only our next refueling.
I should also point out that we anticipate a number of licensing submittals prior to the next cycle.
These actions would in-clude' Technical Specification Changes concerned with ECCS, Fuel Cladding Integrity Safety Limit and associated instrument set points, and would be directed at alleviating the present derated condition of Oyster Creek.
We will notify you of the schedule for such submittals as they~become established.
Very trul yours, n
