Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Inspection No. 75-25 In their inspection of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station on November 12 and 13, 1975, Messrs. Ruhlman and Stohr identified the failure to review, revise and approve annually (or more frequently, if required) the Oyster Creek Emergency Plan as a deficiency.

By November 24, 1975, a committee had been formed and had met to review the Emergency Plans and Procedures.

To avoid further non-compliance in this area, a list specifying dates for required reviews and drills will be established by the end of January,1976.
