fation A) is being referred to our headquarters for further actibn.

Scaf.eky, we understand that a program is in effect for ensuring that sur-

voy instruments are calibrated quarterly. Shis program includes assigning

responsibility for instrument calibration to sr. individual, and providing

a system of cheek-off sheets and a tickler file. This program will be re-

, viewed during a subsequent inspection.
