Gentlemen This refers to the inspection condw;ted by Mr. M. Rogers of this office on December 16, 1975 at Oyster.. Creek Power Station, Forked River, New Jersey of activities authorised by NEC License No. DPR-16 and to's telephone discussion between Mr. E. Greenaan of this office and Mr. J.

Carroll of your staff on January 23, 1976.

The area examined during this inspection was limited to details sur-rounding spent fuel shipment #68 (September 17,~1975) and #110 (December 9, 1975). Within this area, the inspection consisted of selective ausednations of procedures and representative records, intentews with l

personnel, and observations by.the inspector.

One item of noncompliance identified through your internal audit program, which was reported in a timely manner and sorrective action takaa, is set out in the inspection report. No additional information is needed regarding this item.
