With regard to your commitment to add the cable spreading room to the Quality Assurance Systems List, we understand the revised quality list is currently scheduled to be issued by March 10, 1976. This understanding is based on a telephone conversation between Mr. Haynes of this office and Mr. Ross of your staff on February 18, 1976.
No reply to this letter is required, however, if your plans are co,ntrary to the understanding stated above, this office should be notified 4-adiately in writing.
