January 14, 1974 L Note to File I received a call from Ivan Finfrock on Friday, January 11, at 1:20 PM.
Mr. Finfrock was about ready to enter the Court House to answer the Writ of injunction from the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Finfrock indicated that his position was that they want to come down tonight based on primarily the following significant factors:
- 1. Aside4ro he 120 day inspection limit on the seismic system experience.
- 2. The increased identified leak rate.
Ws
- 3. They have to come down to 40% power to test h main isolation volves.
Mr. Finfrock sold that he would keep me or my staff in'ormed on the moment-to-moment crises at Jersey Centrol. I asked him about'the Public information problem.
He stated that he would give this a lot of attention and thought it would be smart if they updated their previous release and issued something as soon as they could 9pd t certainly would not be Before he left the Court House. He told me that he would let me know @e in W 9wonvuu.
