In his inspection of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station on August 4 and 5, 1975, Dr. C. Gallina noted a deviation from appropriate guides and practices. This involved the lack of a written letter of agree-

ment from the physician who provides primary on-site medical treatment for the Oyster Creek Station.

Since Dr. Gallina's inspectioti, a written letter of agreement has been received. To prevent reoccurrence, such letters of agreement shall be reviewed in accordance with existing procedures.
