Dur concerne, as well as the details relating to the labor problans

and the cracks found on the seat bushing of two safety valves at CC-1,

were previously adysmced to your office via Inquiry Reports Nos.

50-219/72-09 and 10. . The labor problems were subseptly resolved

and the plant was shut doen for the refueling outage on May 1,1972.

With regard to the safety valves, we understand that all valves (total

of 16) have been removed and returned to the manufacturer for inspection
