c Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions you documented in response to our correspondence.

Based on a tele-phone discussion between Jr. D. A. Ross of your staff and Mr. R. C.

Haynes of this office on September 5, we understand that measures will be provided in your in-service inspection program to assure the proper calibration of the ultrasonic equipment. Specifically, the basic calibration reflectors used shall be in accordance with the requirements of Section III, Appendix IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vassal Code.

The above actions will be avaminad during our next inspection of your licensed program.
