'JCP&L.was. responsive to most of our requests.during the investigation of the=results of the blowdown;on December 29, 1972,-snd submitted-an. outstanding report (even though'the report was a week overdue
'when submitted).. I believe Don Ross is responsible for this in-j
~
crease.in the quality of the' report; however, he left a " hole" at l
the plant that is going to be hard to fill -- not only his thorough-
,., ~
ness, but the position of assistant superintendent has not been filled.
i The plant superintendent needs an assistant to follow up on the de-tails so he.can keep track of the " big' picture."
The matter.of housekeeping was only discussed at the exit interview.
l As noted,-there was some improvement; however, considerably more pro-
~
,gress-is needed before a reasonable standard is achieved.- This ap-plies to both " clean" and " regulated" areas.
If significant progress
.jaigg --
is not made, I'll make additional recommendation following the next-i inspection.
