Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.59, three signed originals and 37 copies of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Supplement No. 2 to Facility Change Request No. 4 are herein submittet This document requests Commission authorization to load and operate the core with four Puo2 - UO2 (mixed oxide) fueled lead assemblies included in the 4

configuration described herein as modified from the configuration described ir Facility Change Request No. 4.

The safety, transient and accident analyses necessary to support Jersey Central's contention that such operation will not endanger the health and safety of the public are included.

Review Committee and the General Of fice Review Board and has received the approval of both committees.
