Oyster Creek Station Docket No. 50-219 Changes in Plant Operating Personnel The purpose"of this letter is to report changes.to plant oper-ating personnel which involve positions for which ninimw qualificatiops ac :,pucliied-in our Technical Specifications.

Mr. Joseph T. Carroll, Jr. has been promoted to the position of Superintendent, Generating Station-Nuclear at Oyster Creek.

Mr. Donald L. Reeves has been promoted to the position of Operations Supervisor filling the vacancy created by Mr. Carroll's promotion.

Both of these men meet the minimum qualifications for these assign-ments as set forth in our Technical Specifications.

Mr. Thomas J. McCluskey, formerly the station superintendent at Oyster Creek, has been promoted to the position of Manager, Generation Engineering on the central office staff.

We are enclosing forty (40). copies of this letter.
