l August 14, 1973 Note to File JEPSEY CENTRAL OYSTER CREEK 1, DOCKET NO. 50-219 Mr. Ivan Finfrock, Vice President, New Jersey Centrol Power & Light Company, colled me on Monday, August 13,1973. The purpose of Mr. Finfrock's call was to obtain ek5 the latest information on what,the papers have because he has o.ce64.er major meeting with local residents in Lacey Township on their Forked River Project. This meeting is with the locci governing body (some council).
He reviewed with me briefly what material he had and stated that there was additional information in the papers which he was unaware of. Thi2a difficult subject for me to respond to, but since documentation is in the hands of the press, I discussed the important subjects that he might be hit with. I defer:ded Chick Gallina and soid he was guiltless in this area and said that he was totally not responsible for the press coveragej The iterrsi discussed were not different from what was contained in the papers. Mr. Finfrock said he had no problem eewH with Dr. Gallino. I was pleased to hear this.
Mr. Finfrock terminated the conversation by stating that he hoped that he would get 4 tm copies of any of the press in the future hopefully not items like the material the press got on this recent environmental issue. I assured him that he would get copies of everything that was made available to the public, promptly.
