Oyster Creek Lawsuit Initiated by the State of New Jersey Regarding Fish Kills - L. Manning Muntzing's Interest Huntzing has expressed his personal interest in this case to John Davis. His concern has to do with the situation in which Jersey Central is presently involved; i.e., the possibility of being subjected to legal action by the state as a result of proper action on their part under AEC requirements. His interest is in the possibility of Jersey Central taking that line of defense and, more im-portantly, be inclined to favor state requirements over AEC requirements.
Follow this case carefully and keep me posted. Please be clear in your understanding that regardless of state i
