The results of the several inspections preceeding this' meeting with the President of Jersey Central Power & Light Co. revealed serious problems practically everywhere we looked, most of which reflected negatively on management. tladerlying causes apparent to us were candidly and frankly discussed. We believe the message registered.

It is now up to the licensee.

Management has its work cut out.

Few of the corrective actions called for can be accomplished overnight.
