CONFIRMATION OF T SMITTAL BY TELECOPIER OF AEC ORDER ON FUEL DENSIFICATION TO JERfEY CENTRAL POWER & LIGHT COMPANY i

On August 24,1973, at 1:47 p.m.,

the telecopier transmittal of the following content was completed as confirmed by telephone conversations with Mr. Nicholas Trikouros of Jersey Central Power & Light Company that occurred immediately following the transmittal. The content of the'transnittal consisted of the letter to Mr. I. R. Finfrock, Jr., Vice President - Generation, from A. Giambusso dated August 24, 1973, and including the following enclosures,only:

AEC " Order for Modification of License", and /

2.

Appendix I of the Order that contains the changes to /

the Technical Specifications.

The complete package of material as identified by this letter is also being transmitted by US postal service.
