This letter is'to provide update information concerning access of NRC Region.I personnel to your facilities.

Reference is made to-our letter of February 28,' 1979. indicates those NRC Region I personnel for whom permanent non-employee, no escort' required, picture badges as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5), are requested for prompt access to alll protected and vital plant areas.

Those NRC Region I personnel listed on Enclosure 2 are requested to be badged for unescorted access in the protected area.

The NRC Region I inspectors identified in Enclosures 1 and 2 have completed NRC indoctrination in radiological protection emergency response and security training comparable to that furnished by you-to regular site employees granted unescorted access.

Any additional training provided by you to these inspectors should be limited to site specified matters required for the inspector's safety.

The enclosures to this letter are effective upon receipt and expire on December 31, 1979.

These enclosures supercede all previous lists requesting NRC inspector j

unescorted access.
