Attached is an execrpt from the matrix showing the present distribution of documents to you.
The excerpt also shows MPQAD's proposed distribution to you.
MPQAD is trying to assure that you receive the documents you need while also trying to reduce the distribution of documents.
Please review MPQAD's proposal versus the present distribution.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE JACKSON, Mich., January 17, 1984 -- Consumers Power Company on January 12 received an order from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission which confirmed a previous ' agreement between the NRC and Consumers Power C for an independent appraisal of the management of the Midland nuclear plant construction project.
Se appraisal is the outgrowth of discussions between company management and the Nuclear Regulatory Consnigston.
Consumers Power Company is currently taking the necessary steps for this independent appraisal.
' he NRC order' closed the issue over whether the company had violated an Atomic' Safety and Licensing Board order.
De incident in question occurred in July 1982 and procedures to pre /ent its reoccurrence have been in place since August 1982 W.ile.the NRC concluded that we violated a board order, no civil penalty was imposed.
We are pleased that this has been rerolved.
