Dear Mr. Palladino:
I am writing to express my strong opposition to the issuance of an interim license for activation of Lilco's Shoreham Nuclear Plant.
It is my belief that the potential for disaster and the resulting " human cost" far outweighs the bene-fits which might be derived from Nuclear Energy installation.
'inile I am totally opposed to the permanent activation of the plant, I am particularly concerned about the operation of the plant on an interim license.
I urge you to act responsibly in oppostion to the operation of the plant without the oversight of the Nuclear Regulatory Comission. 'Ihank you for your attention to this critical issue.
