Dear Mr. Parr:
In the reference we stated that Participants' Agreements had been fully executed for 100% of the output of WNP-4. We also indicated that the participants were approximately 89 public and cooperative utilities.
At that time we had in hand 86 signed Participants' Agreements and indica-tions that more signers of the Option Agreements intended to sign Participants' Agreements.
Because most of the 86 signers of Participant:
Agreements had requested a greater share of the plant's output the what might be considered their original share, the plant was oversubscribed.
Thus, we were able to make the statement that 100% of the output was sold without having received notification from all 93 signers of the Option Agreements.
We now have in hand 88 fully executed Participants' Agreements and have received notification that the remaining five signers of the Option Agreements do not intend to sign a Participants' Agreement for a share of the output of WNP-4.
