I. Frank Lyautey, being duly sworn, depose and say:
I am currently employed by Pullman Power Products, as Assistant Field QA/QC lianager.
I am submitting this affidavit to respond to a false allegation made in the motion by Joint Intervenors.

Allegation #6, states that I informed a representative of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission that Mr. Steve Lockert quit his job with Pullman Power Products. This allegation is untrue, i

In January,1984, Mr. Dennis Kirsch of the NRC asked to see Mr.
Lockert's DCN 109 I told him that the log was in my office since Mr.
Lockert had been terminated. The statement was made in an open room with a number of other individuals present. There is no reason that I would say he had quit as his termination was common knowledge.

I do not recall any other tW '*'
I even spoke to the NRC about Mr.
Lockert in front of othe'* oople.
In any event, I never informed anyone that Mr. Lockert resigne. or quit.
