DPR-22 On Setenber 13, 1977, local leak rate testing of the Core Spray Inboard Isola-l tion Gieck Valve, AD 14-13B indicated that the Icakage execeded ~ the Tecimical Specification acceptance en,teria for individual isolation valves. The nea-sured Icakaga was approxinately 226 SCIH. The total testable penetration and isolation valve leaksge rate acceptance criteria specified by the Technical Specification.s was also exceeded when this valve was tested. On Septerber 14, 1977, local leah rate testing of the RCIC Tsaust Line Isolation Check Vahe, RCIC-9, indicated that the leakage exceeded the acceptance criteria for' individual isolation valves. The cause of the high leakage rates is being in-vestigated.
