On October 12, 1977, local Icak rate testing of the bhin Steam Line Isolation I j Valve, A0-2-80A, indicated that the leakage exceeded the Techrtical Specifica-tion acceptunce criteria for individual main steam line isolation valves.

The measured leakage was 14.04 scfh.

On October 12, 1977, local leak rate testing of the Nitmgen Instnswnt Air System Isolation Valves, CV-7436, indicated that the leakage exceeded the acceptance criteria for individual isolation valves.

The valve Icakage was measured at 56.2 scfh.

The cause of the high leakage rates is being investigated.
