The procedure will be used by all Project Organization elements without deviation.
Any answers to quesi. ions or interpretation of this procedure that are required will be supplied by Mr. John Marjenin and only by him.
This procedure will be added to the Project Administration manuals as quickly as possible, in the appropriate place. However, it is effective immediately.
