151 Judson Avenue Dobbs Ferry, 10522 Email: hollybeach3@gmail.com General Comment I am writing to vehemently oppose contracting with Holtec to decommission the Indian Point facility!!! I realize that Holtec has promised to fast-track the job, but this nuclear facility is too close to residential areas and important natural resources to entrust its decommissioning to such a slip-shod, inexperienced company!

Faster is not better, if it means taking short-cuts that would seriously impact the lands, waterways, and communities around the facility.

Though I understand that none of the companies who do this work are particularly good, Holtec has a reputation of being the worst of the lot.

New York deserves better!!
