132 N Broadway Apt 1SE Tarrytown, NY, 10591 Email: toenail.sister1@gmail.com General Comment I am commenting on the following item: Docket ID NRC-2020-0021, the decomissioning of the Indian Point Power plant.

I understand that the current owners have applied to sell the plant to Holtec. While I understand that Holtec does not have a very good track record, I am more concerned with the fact that - should they decide they can't complete the job - they can simply walk away, and leave the tax payers with the remaining responsibilities and costs involved in getting the job done.

Ever since Congress declared that corporations can be seen as individuals, I have seen businesses reap the advantages, yet suffer none of the consequences. It is not just to leave the taxpayers responsible for the "mess" that was made, and continues to affect our community through radioactive leakage into the Hudson.

Please consider not granting the present owner's request to transfer the title to Holtec. As a citizen, I am firmly against it.
