Locating a nuclear plant there was a mistake to begin with. We are fortunate we did not have another Chernobyl at our doorstep. But now is not the time to open an escape hatch for Entergy to sell off their problems to Holtec. The whole deal smells, and the risk of Holtec's declaring bankruptcy in the near future is far too much of a risk, especially as it seems that it's the only logical explanation for the deal to begin with. If you tried to sell someone a dead rat, and they were interested in buying it, you would no doubt think they were crazy or had an ulterior motive. This is the same.
