Peekskill, 10566 Email: ktalbot@bestweb.net General Comment Holtec is unqualified to decommission Indian Point. I question their fiscal as well as safety responsibility.

They are incentivized to cut corners with such a large "trust fund" under their control. They have been shown to be unreliable and untrustworthy in a number of instances. Untrustworthy, unsafe, untested.
