1649 Lancaster Dr Petaluma, CA, 94954 Email: g_swanberg@hotmail.com General Comment I oppose the Indian Point's license transfer from the operator, Entergy Nuclear, to Holtec International and its partner, the Canadian global engineering giant SNC-Lavalin (SNCL). The two corporations are now incorporated as Comprehensive Decommissioning International, LLC (CDI). The "limited liability corporation" seeks the takeover of billions of dollars in decommissioning trust funds and take title to thousands of tons of high-level nuclear waste at closed reactor sites across the U.S., including Indian Point, for the decontamination, dismantlement of the reactors, radioactive site remediation and nuclear waste consolidation.
