This is in response to your letter dated November 30, 1982 (Log No. 1147) concerning Toledo Edison's responses to the draft of the Technical Evaluation Report (TER) for Control of Heavy Loads at Nuclear Power Plants (NUREG-0612). Toledo Edison provided a tentative date of January 31, 1983 for response to the TER for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
Toledo Edison has reviewed the TER with our consultants to provide the requested information. As a result of this meeting, further effort will be required on several items. Therefore, a staged submittal will be provided by supplying the information completed prior to the end of January and the final responses by April 1, 1983.
Toledo Edison is reviewing your request to submit a Phase II submittal as requested by NUREG-0612 and will provide a response by January 31, 1983.
