Santa Fe, NM, 87505 Email: ericcarlw47@yahoo.com General Comment Radioactive waste is not a local, but an international issue. Waste that leaks into the New York groundwater may end up in the oceans of the whole world. The highest standards must be applied to storage and sequestration of radioactive waste. Holtec is unqualified to do the job and should not be considered for this work.
